Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte PhilippinesI wasn't born here, although I lived in Ilocos Norte for almost 5 years to pursue my education. But I learned to love this place. I've been to this place couple of times. Honestly, I still miss this place. Really really miss this paradise. Oh! Dear Pagudpud when will I see you again?
